Type 3 surge arrester / plug-in - PSL series
The PSL features a surge protection device with type 3 or class III, for well resistance of sensitive facility according with IEC61643-1. This device is applicable to the final level of resistance in installations which consist type 2 surge protection tools installed upstream. The residual voltage of the tool is lesser compared to that of type 1 or 2 protectors. In addition, this tool can operate with a nominal voltage of 120/208V, 230/400V and 277/480V single-phase networks. It is also has a remote and visual indication of life status of the protection tool.
