Type 3 surge arrester - STC Module
STC 230 is a snap on module which is made for standard earthed socket outlets. This highly advanced STC surge protection can be fitted easily. It is a two pole surge arrester so the module can be easily fitted on the back side of any standard earthed socket outlets thus the STC protection module can adapt to any type of socket outlet. Because of its plastic snap on retaining ring it can be easily installed on an already mounted earth socket outlet too. With the thermal disconnector it also has an acoustic fault indicator. The power supply of connected consumer does not change even in the case of overload because of the parallel installation of surge protection module to socket outlet.
