This motor protection relay is utilized as a solution for enhanced motor protection. The need for connection to an external supply voltage is avoided due to self-supplying electronics. Inventory costs are reduced; selection and engineering is simplified due to the reduced number of variants. Adjustable tripping classes give optimum protection at differing starting solutions. The motor protection relay can be mounted directly on the contactor DILM, resulting in saving space in the control panel. The motor protection relay offers adjustable single-phasing sensitivity for asymmetric and symmetric loads.
It features integrated earth-fault current detection and an LED visual overload warning device.
