The module is used with all incremental encoders and sensors either with TTL/ RS422 output or with 10 up to 30 VDC output. The device allows a tramsmission of signal even through explosive areas over a distance of up to 3000 m. It also has protection against strong electromagnetic fields.
The device is equipped with four channels that allow the transmission of signals with a maximum data rate of 2 M Bit/s and a maximum input frequency of 1 MHz. The power supply requires a voltage ranging from 10 up to 30 VDC. Furthermore, the rail mounting is made from compact DIN and the optical fiber cables are assembled.
