The FARO Laser Scanner Focus3D is a small and lightweight, high-speed 3D scanner which is used for detailed measurement and 3D documentation. Extreme detail in three dimensional images of complex environments and geometries is possible in just a few minutes due to the laser technology used by the Focus3D multi-sensor. The user-friendly device has a touch screen which is used to control the scanning functions. An exact digital reproduction of existing conditions is produced as the resulting image which is an assembly of millions of 3D measurement points in color.

The Focus3D provides the most efficient method for excavation volumes, facade and structural deformations, three dimensional documentation of building construction, crime scenes, product geometry, process plants, factories, accident details, and more.
