Macro objective lens - VS-LD series

The Macro Lenses are made for Machine Vision uses, they measure and inspect in rough industrial settings. It is composed of 36 unique lenses with a robust design to be able to resist vibration and distort at low levels even when extension tubes are being used. It has a 40mm-630mm working distance with no infinity focus and 0.008x-2.0x optical magnification.

It is available in two series, the LD series distorts at very low levels and iris can be adjusted. It has fixing screws and a maximum 3MP sensor, the MC series distorts at very low leverls and iris is fixed. It can handle intense vibrations and has a maximum 3MP sensor.

The VS-MC10 is a set of Macro lens by NET New Electronic Technology GmbH which is composed of 36 variation of lenses having a compact design. The whole set features its efficiency when its comes to quality resolution that is vibration resistant and has a low distortion. The UV-IR Macro lenses are compatible to use with non-visible and visible wavelength requirements. For its working distance, it has a 40 to 630 mm which can be customized to suit certain application. Each lens carry a focal length of 10.27 mm and an optical magnification of 0.02 to 0.15.

It is composed of 36 unique lenses with a robust design to be able to resist vibration and distort at low levels even when extension tubes are being used. It has a 40mm-630mm working distance with no infinity focus and 0.008x-2.0x optical magnification. It is available in two series, the LD series distorts at very low levels and iris can be adjusted. Custom-made versions are available. The lenses have 50mm focal length, more than 0.3 optical magnification, 22mm maximum sensor size, 181mm-1025mm WD, 2.8-16 F per no. at infinite value, 50.6-304mm-50.6-304mm HxV FOV and it has C-Mount.

Featuring a focal length of 51.55 mm, the device can work at a maximum operating distance of 358.5 mm. The image field size of the lenses reaches a maximum of 29 mm. Their magnification can go up to 0.149 x.

MCSM1-01X is a MACRO lens expressly designed for 3D measurement and imaging applications where the object plane is not perpendicular to the optical axis.

A precise built-in adjustment mechanism allows to accurately meet the Scheimpflug condition and to image tilted planes in perfect focus. This lens offers a wide range of magnifications and view angles. It can interface to any structured light source to build up extremely accurate 3D imaging systems. The tiltable mount is compatible with any C-mount camera since it respects the 17.52 mm back focal length. Image sharpness is maintained even when the lens is tilted by a wide angle, since the Scheimpflug adjustment tilts around the horizontal axis of the detector plane.

MC Series is a family of macro lenses designed to capture images of small objects when both very good resolution and nearly zero distortion are needed.

Small object fields of view are often observed by means of long focal length lenses equipped with an additional spacer, used to adjust the working distance.

Unfortunately this approach leads to several problems like high image distortion, resolution loss (especially at the corners), poor depth of field and chromatic effects, thus making this method not suitable for good imaging neither compatible with accurate measurement requirements.

All these problems can be overcome by using MC Series, specifically designed for MACRO imaging. MC Series lenses are compact and cost-effective optics providing very high image resolution. A very low optical distortion makes these lenses perfectly suitable for precise dimensional measurement applications.

MC3-03X is a multi-configuration macro lens suitable for the inspection of object sizes ranging from few millimeters to some centimeters.
Magnification and focus can be tuned by adjusting a lockable rotating knob. The lens magnification range can be selected by means of a set of extension tubes, included in the product package; this feature makes this component ideal for prototyping purposes and machine vision applications requiring flexibility.
Since the working F-number increases with the magnification, the optimum combination of field depth, image resolution and brightness is maintained in any lens configuration. Moreover, the optical distortion approaches zero at any magnification making this lens perfectly suitable for measurement applications.
