Made by Dwyer, these Series SCT Current Transformers have a split core and relay output. The former mechanism facilitates an easy installation of this transformer on new or preexisting machinery. A slider switch can be used to select between the three preset ranges. The slider can also be used to scale either voltage or current output levels.

Rapid installation of replacement transformers is provided by the device's snap-on mounting bracket. This series accurately monitors the energy consumption rate of boilers, solar panels, pumps, chillers, and fans. These transformers additionally have an optional auxiliary feature and a mechanism that will snap onto the switch and eradicate the need for mounting additional relays.

The transformer with Un: 72.5 to 765 kV, In: up to 5000 A, In short-circuit:up to 80 kA1(Isc dyn: 200 - kA peak), and up to 9 secondary cores has an oil level indicator and
allows oil expansion by stainless steel bellows. It is available with high and extended range accuracy design (ERCT) and DC current transformers.

Featuring a design verified by extensive field experience, the current transformer can meet special protection accuracy classes: TPS/TPX/TPY/PR. Compliant with IEC, ANSI/IEEE or equivalent standards, the maintenance-free transformer provides stable accuracy and security against bursting.

There are 2 types of power transformers that can connect to AC networks of different voltage levels to allow power exchange and handle requirements of each individual network. These are the called the PTR L1 Transfo-MD Interconnection Transformers and Autotransformers. The interconnection transformers offer an insulation between primary and secondary networks and high flexibility to expected levels. Interconnection transformers have Alstom Grid. This ensures that the design of tertiary windings, couplings and arrangements that can adapt to the needs and constraints of the customer. The Autotransformers, on the other hand presents a lighter and more economic optimized solution. The other difference between the 2 is autotransformers have non-disconnected windings which means that there is no insulation between the interconnected systems.
