Battery monitor - Smartpack S

Increasingly productive with the ability to make its way into space-restricted applications, the Smartpack S addresses all the control and monitoring based needs of small to medium telecom and industrial DC power systems. The status and configuration can be accessed through either the display locally or by using the Ethernet plug, both remote and locally.

The Smartpack is able to facilitate control of 2-3kW system occupying less than 6 liters, used in the 1U high, 265 mm deep power racks. Some of the features of the Smartpack S include high resolution color display, graphical 2.2" TFT high contrast, 6 digital programmable relay outputs, NMP protocol with TRAP, SET and GET on Ethernet and automatic battery monitoring and test. The battery quality, usage and remaining capacity are indicated based on the tests. It enables comprehensive logging as well, and has 6 programmable multi-purpose units.

Power supply controller - UPC4 Master

The UPC4 Master Series is a range of devices conceived to operate, prompt and keep track of DC power units running on batteries. The device is extremely simple to manipulate and program, using the integrated control panel or through RS232/Ethernet, supported by PC software. The various modules and functions in DC-powered systems like rectifiers, inverters, DC/DC converters, and static bypass switches are operated and supervised by CAN communication integrated in the UPC4 Master. CAN modules are also available for input and output and are operable by the UPC4 Master.

The UPC4 Basic is an extension function which is positioned near the measuring point. This enables the transmission of all measured values through CAN communications, thus eliminating the need for cumbersome measurement wires. Eight such UPC4 basic extensions can be accommodated in a single UPC4 Master unit.
