Cable ferrite core - 5 - 20 MHz | N-X Series

Output Ferrites (N-X) are especially effective in reducing electromagnetic interference from the motor cable, as they introduce an impedance between the Inverter and the motor.
Output ferrites are particularly useful in reducing electrical noise in the frequency range 5 to 20 MHz, as there is no other suitable noise suppression means in this frequency range. Output ferrites should be placed around the cable between the Inverter and Motor, as near as possible to the Inverter.
The cable (excluding earth wires and shielding) should pass through the ferrite at least twice.

Permanent magnetic rotor ferrite - 60 - 120 ppr | 199SM, 198EM

The 199SM (Shaft Mount) and 198EM (End Mount) Magnet Wheels comprise a ferro-magnetic nylon ring with 120 alternating magnetic poles and an aluminum hub (available without aluminum hub). The wheel is 3.75" in diameter with the magnetic surface on the outside circumference of the wheel. The magnets are rectangular and evenly spaced between non magnetized spaces. The wheel is typically mounted on a shaft up to 3" in diameter.

MnZn ferrite core

We develop the leading-edge materials through close control of microstructures using our unique material and processing technologies. With the Mn-Zn Power Ferrite PC Series, we offer an assortment of materials to suit the intended use, such as the high frequency material, the high Bs material, the low-loss material, and the low-loss material suitable for a wide temperature range. We also mass-produce the low THD ferrite material DN70 for broadband networks, and the ferrite material DNW45 with a wide temperature range and stable characteristics suitable for high-speed LAN systems. In addition, with the DR Series of cores for coils, we have reduced the size to 0.6mm, and have developed a new low-loss material suitable for large current. For industrial use, we deal with special-purpose shapes and high-precision processing up to extra-large sizes.
