Our specialty is designing and manufacturing of tilt switches for a wide range of applications. Tilt switches measure angle and activate a relay when a pre-set threshold is reached. They are not based on mercury or ball type switching mechanisms but used a a solid state precision sensor to measure angle.
Switching angles can be set accurately and can be configured accurately in terms of filter frequency and delay times so that threshold switching can be tailored for the specific applicaition.
One of the main application is the prevention of vehicle rollover which is faced by many industrial, agricultural and commercial vehicles like ride on mowers, tractors, telescopic handlers, telescopic and scissor lift platforms and all types of cranes.
