Through-beam fiber optic sensor head - ø 0.25 - 1.5 mm

Plastic fiber optic sensors incorporate synthetic sheets in its composition, allowing easy and convenient handling. Their architectural elements permits trouble-free dimensional configuration during initial assembly, with the polymers' ability to bend and fit thoroughly.

These tools are coated in special finishing to specifically endure intense environments with exposure to frequent rusting, scratching and wearing.

They can accommodate both opposed and diffused detecting requirements with the individuals or bifurcated models, with dimensions that range between 0.25 to 1.5 mm.

Fiber optic photoelectric sensor - 0.2 ms | D11 series

Fiber Optic Sensors - D11 Series features various models that have manual sensitivity or push-button programming. It can be purchased in models in different LED source for color-differentiation functions. It contains a marginal gain marker inclusive of alarm output and gives LED indicators of sensor processing status. D11 series utilizes fiber optics for economical sensing of color mark and many more low-contrast functions.

Fiber optic photoelectric sensor / for plastics - KF series

Plastic fiber optic cables are ideally used for scanning purposes and is based on the principle of through beam. The selection of these cables is made on the basis of the design of the fiber head and the features of the fiber. Some of these cables come with bend protection, where a wide selection of fiber optic cables is available.

Fiber optic photoelectric sensor

The optic amplifiers are manufactured by Di-Soric company. These are used when space limitations do not allow the usage of classic optical devices that can be used having limitations.

The fiber optic amplifier is packed on sensitivity adjustments. These devices come in two kinds. They are Glass Fibre-Optic Amplifiers and Plastic Fiber-Optic Amplifiers.

Glass Fibre-Optic Amplifiers have green light variety for glass detection, they are devices with timer function using time module and they have robust die-cast zinc casing with UL-approval.

Plastic Fiber-Optic Amplifiers have diffuse reflective sensor or through beam sensor, large ranges and high operating frequencies having versions with signal strength display via bar graph.

In addition, both can be mounted several meters away from the actual point.

Fiber optic sensor head

di-soric fibre optic cables are the ideal units to use when space limitations or ambient conditions do not allow operators to use conventional optical devices. The units possess a sensitivity adjustment that is located on the fiber optic amplifier, which can be mounted several meters away from the detection point, depending on what type of glass fiber optic cable is used.

These cables are available to purchase in different versions and can be used as diffuse reflective or through-beam sensors. These are very high-quality glass fiber optic cables that possess a very high temperature resistance and are both robust and highly flexible. The units also have a high resolution in addition to large ranges, and auxiliary optics can be used while there are different fiber arrangements to choose from.
