Laser belt-drive alignment tool - LASER AT-1
The Laser AT-1 is Gates' newest laser alignment device. It prevents noise, pulley wear and vibrations amongst other problems from occurring as a result of pulleys not being aligned, thus keeping downtime from being a threat. The AT-1 is faster than using a straight edge on the pulleys. The process of measuring the level is easy as a laser alignment device can be mounted in seconds and will project a line to show if misalignment is a problem.
This will operate for pulleys of 60mm or greater in diameter and can be mounted onto non-magnetic pulleys too with a double-sided adhesive tape for machines that have been mounted either horizontally or vertically.
