Accurion presents nanofilm_ep4bam thin films imaging system. It is a unique design of the ep4 imaging ellipsometry platform. The system is upgradeable to an imaging ellipsometer. It uses proprietary motor control circuitry and is a fully "hands-off" computer-controlled system.

The nanofilm_ep4bam shows real-time images of the sample directly on the monitor. It includes several unique image processing capabilities. For overall-focused images, increased depth-of-field is provided by an "objective scanner".

Optionally, available are full field, fully-focused images in a single shot within the visible wavelength range. This helps in easy checking of samples in motion. Examples include protein interaction, increasing or moving SAMs, or monolayer in motion on water surfaces.
