Design, precision and solidity are features of the Elen electronic accelerator. A contactless Hall effect sensor is integrated in the structure (Elen patent) and is able to detect the platform position. It also provides a slope proportional signal. Combined with the double return spring and the die cast aluminum structure, this technology provides high reliability and precision.

The device can be connected to all last generation engines and can be utilized in applications relating to industrial and agricultural vehicles. At the customer's request, the color, electrical thresholds, start and stop stroke angles, IVS on-off signal and connections can be configurated. It has a 5V power supply enabling direct connection to the ECU proportional and ratiometric output signal. The minimum and maximum signal levels can be configurated and referred to the associated engine.

Like all the other pedals and sensors produced by Elen they are extremely customizable, thanks to a programmable electronic board. It is possible to configure single or double output, and IVS.
The high reliability is assured by an integrated contactless solution, making them more competitive than the versions with sensor applied; and by the electronics which is totally protected by resin, therefore immune to external agents.
An extra security is assured by the double spring.
