Disc spring -

Disk springs are generally conically-shaped, washer-type parts that are meant to be axially filled. What makes the disc springs so unique is based on the consistent calculations of DIN 2092, the actual deflection for a presented load is expected as well as the minimum life cycle can be ascertained.

The disk springs can be statically filled either continuously or from time to time, or subjected to continuous load cycle. They are often utilized, singular or in multiples piled parallel, in line or in a combination thereof. It features - many load/default action characteristics, large load capacity with minimal deflection, space savings and higher load to size ratio, no set under the design loads and longer lifetime.

It is built in dampening especially using parallel stacking. It gives flexibility in stack arrangement to fulfill the application prerequisites.
