The MTM10-11 is a conical spring mechanical seal developed by Microtem. It is mainly used for general services machinery at low and medium pressure. This unbalanced mechanical seal is constructed with compliance to DIN* directive requirements.

It standard contact surfaces is built from stainless Steel304, stainless Steel316, tungsten carbide, carbographite impregnated with antimony, or carbographite impregnated with resin.

The elastomer is also developed from FPM/Viton, EPDM, NBR, or silicon construction. In addition, this tool is equipped with elastomer stationary ring, stationary ring, rotary ring, elastomer rotary ring, and spring components.

The contact surface can be made with silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, tungsten carbide and carbographite. The elastomer materials are NBR, EPDM and FPM/VITON.

This device features a stationary ring, a rotary ring insert, an elastomer stationary ring, an elastomer rotary ring and a spring. It can be made with graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide. Other construction materials include Nbr, Viton, EPDM as well as 304 and 316 stainless steel. The spring is made of stainless steel.

The MTM 4X series offers a wide array of cylindrical spring mechanical seals that are characterized by their double-directional and single-cylindrical structure. Theses mechanical seals are integrated with elastomer bellows and are typically used in all general services machinery possessing low and medium pressure. They are designed in accordance to DIN 24960 standards and are fabricated from either nitrile rubber, viton, graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide to name a few.

These springs consist of an elastomer stationary ring, a stationary ring, a rotary ring, an elastomer rotary ring and a spring. They are compatible with surfaces composed of either Aluminum oxide and 316-grade Stainless Steel.
