Anti-static transmission belt - 10 - 22 mm | PIX-FRAS®-XS series

Certain working environments such as coal mines & sensitive petrochemical installations require V-belts having fire resistant properties in addition to normal antistatic properties. PIX FRAS V-Belts are suitable for such installations. This construction is thoroughly tested during & after manufacture, to comply with all aspects of IS-2494 Part - II & BS-3790. FRAS Belts are also certified by ATEX.

These endless friction belts are used in high - performance feeders (i.e. Bobst, Jagenberg, Tanabe) for paper, cardboard and plastic. Additionally to these folder/gluer machines, many letter sorting machines (i.e. NEC, Siemens, Wincor) are using our vacuum feeder belts.

Endless transmission belt / friction - EC series

These elastic endless flat belts convince due to their constant high friction coefficient and the excellent resistance against abraison. They are perfectly developed for any kind of paper feeding and conveying applications.
The EC red or white (FDA-conform) 40 ShA are recommend for thin foils and paper. The EC maroon 50 ShA are used to convey hard and coarse cardboard.
Our natural rubber quality (NR) is similar to LINATEX.

Endless transmission belt / friction - CR, EC series

This endless two-layer belt convinces due to the excellent friction coefficient, the abrasion resistant surface (NR) and the antistatic running side at low shaft load.
The CR/EC red or white, 40 shA are recommended for highest friction. And the CR/EC maroon, 50 shA have higher running time and are used for hard and coarse cardboards.
The coating in NR white is FDA-conform. Our natural rubber quality (NR) is similar to LINATEX.
