Four row cylindrical roller bearings have a low friction compared with other roller bearings. They have compact structures and high stiffness, and carry high radial loads, but cant carry axial loads.

Four row cylindrical roller bearings are separable. Because of Inner rings with no ribs, inner and outer ring assembly can be mounted independently, this benefits for bearing mounting and maintenance.

They are the mainly used for rolling mills required high speed and precision. For example, the neck of rolling mill stands, wires mills, bar and shape mills, cold or hot sheet mills and cogging mills

Four-row tapered roller bearings are one of the mainly roll neck bearings and the capacity of their radial and axial loads is high. They can carry heavy axial loads in two directions, and their radial loads capacity is 3 times heavier than single-row tapered roller bearings. But the limiting speed is lower. They can be used as axial locating bearings in two directions because they are able to limit axial displacement in two directions within axial clearance. The radial and axial clearance also can be adjusted by changing the width of spacer between inner and outer rings.

Spherical roller bearing / double-row

Spherical roller bearing is consist of an outer ring with spherical raceway and an inner ring with double-raceway one or two cages and one group of spherical rollers. Due to the center of spherical raceway of outer ring is coinciding with the center of bearing which make it have the self-aligning property. This kind of bearing can adjust angular error or flexion caused by the angle of axle and bearing housing or axle bend.
Spherical roller bearing has a high load carrying capacity of radial load and axial load in two directions. It especially suitable for carrying heavy loads and impact loads but this type of bearing permits a lower limiting speed.
Type C
The bearing of type C is fixed with flanges on two sides of inner ring two cages and movable flange between two rows of spherical roller.
Type CA
The bearing type CA has flanges on two sides of inner ring one cage and movable spacer in the middle of two rows of spherical roller.
