Using an adjustable dovetail guide and an accurate worm gear drive, the GO 40 goniometers provide precise circular arc adjustments. On the MOGO 40 model, the fulcrum is located approximately 20mm over the mounting surface. Prisms, mounted plates and other optics can use the available free space.

ADP 65B adapter plates are required when the device is used with SYS 40 systems and RT 65-35-R slides are needed for it to work in SYS 65 systems. The MOGO 40 can be mounted onto the MOGO 65S in order to facilitate theta-phi combinations. This model is made from aluminum that is resistant to deformation.

It is made of a black-anodized construction that does not reflect light. On request, mechanical adaptations and vacuum prepared models are available.
