Linear solenoid

Linear solenoids are characterized by their reliable and flexible construction which makes them ideal tools used in various industrial applications that require linear actuation. They are fabricated in a galvanized steel enclosure and are equipped with enscapulated coils. This structure enables long operation and prolonged service life for each linear solenoid. Conventional models are built under insulation class F and are wound in an H class wire. They are also supplied with flying leads and spade terminals.

Cast-in electromagnet

The coils in this line are naturally operated in in applications involving solenoid valves, for any sector. The units consist of a number of models distinguished through various dimensions, powers, components and electrical connections.

The regular variants are equipped with an H class wire, and a vacuum designed with polyester resin. They are also built from thermoplastic materials, which comply with the product class, with an IP65 protection degree.

Various models from the line permit optimal solutions for even complex requirements.

Holding magnet

The Electromagnet is holding solenoids developed by Sirai. It is mainly constructed to operate in DC. The unit is built based on a rugged body in galvanized steel. It allows external diameters ranging from 30 mm to 70 mm, and holding force range goes up to 1.300 N. This solenoid features the possibility of continually operating at ED 100%.

In addition, this product is supplied with class F insulation and class H wound wire. It is also available with flying leads or spade terminals electrical connections.

Lockable solenoid

SIRAI provides locking solenoid, that is commonly used in applications where the security intervention is given intense emphasis. With the design's simplicity and ruggedness, it ensures high reliability and efficiency.

The standard models of the locking solenoid are available in three different sizes, all with an on-board return spring. They all have encapsulated coils or stainless steel body. There are also available latching versions, which are cost-efficient since they only consume minimal energy.

These units bear IP 65 rating. For specific requirements, custom-made locking solenoids of this type can also be provided upon request.
