Manual chuck / lathe / quick-change - DURO-T

ROHM has designed DURO-T key bar chucks which are the foremost choice for high tension forces, high concentric accuracy and reliable continuous repeatability. These are suitable for milling machines, dividing attachments and machining centres in connection with a base plate. They feature easy reverse/exchange/relocation of jaws over entire gripping range, with the jaws retaining their accuracy if used on the same chuck always or when base jaws and top jaws are kept screwed together for recurring work. TECHNISCHE MERKMALE with jaw safeguard stiff chuck body indicator provides quick jaw adjustment shape including drop-off edge for water radial and axial run-out tolerances which guarantees precision at higher loads.

Manual tightening chuck / lathe - ZS-ZSU, ZG-ZGU series

These scroll chucks feature a spiral ring design in steel, which is a proven suitable clamping system. They can be used in applications in which there are requirements for high clamping force, repeatability, and run-out accuracy. Ideal use is on rotary tables, dividing heads, lathes, etc. With a turn of a key, the jaws can be moved across the whole clamping range. With this ability, work-pieces with different diameters can be used for clamping without the need for shifting or changing jaws. The scroll is drop-forged and hardened. In order to maintain gripping force, the lathe chucks should be lubricated regularly.
