The Kennametal Extrude Hone™P400 thermal deburring machine is designed to be a reliable and flexible deburring system. The P400 features a chamber capacity exceeding both the C and S machine models.
The P400 thermal deburring machine, designed for a max closing pressure of 400 US tons (3558 kN), is available with four different chamber diameters 8" (200mm),
10" (250mm), 12.6" (320mm), or 16" 400mm for perfectly meeting individual customer requirements.
Five process stations located on an indexing table allow the P400 to perform high production deburring, while a stainless steel upper combustion chamber surrounded by a continuous flow water cooling ring ensures reliable operation.
Also exist in an XL version fto accomodate massive or extra length.

The TEM S250 is a flexible and compact deburring system that integrates minimum machine space with maximum economy. The latest Kennametal Extrude Hone S250 deburring machine is compact and flexible and has a lot of options available. It is a single-station unit which means that it is installed with all necessary functions. This is done to ensure a reliable deburring process and no problem integrating into lean manufacturing environment. The S250 deburring machine is also designed to handle pressures of up to 250 US tons or 2,224kN. This is available with different chamber diameters to address specific customer requirements.
It even has an optional extended chambers which allows machining of even larger workpieces giving it a more economical and flexible operation. The S250 has also a very compact design giving it little need for floor space and making it ideal for small batches and other parts.
