The latest Kennametal Extrude Hone S250 deburring machine is compact and flexible and has a lot of options available. It is a single-station unit which means that it is installed with all necessary functions. This is done to ensure a reliable deburring process and no problem integrating into lean manufacturing environment. The S250 deburring machine is also designed to handle pressures of up to 250 US tons or 2,224kN. This is available with different chamber diameters to address specific customer requirements.It even has an optional extended chambers which allows machining of even larger workpieces giving it a more economical and flexible operation. The S250 has also a very compact design giving it little need for floor space and making it ideal for small batches and other parts.
