Rotary Stamping Systems allow automatic marking around the circumference or along the axis of round parts by rotating the part in sync with the stamping. Marking jobs are stored on PC for easy loading and maintenance. Automatic date coding and serialization are standard features. The software also allows information to be scanned from a bar code for error-free marking, and custom software can be written to enable marking information to be captured from a database or spreadsheet.

Automate your marking process with a portable dot peen marking system for mistake-proof product identification. The compact MarkFirst ADP2560 Portable Stamper features an easy-grip handle with a button to trigger the marking cycle. The base has a rubber bottom and light magnets to keep the stamper in place during marking.

The larger ADP5090 and ADP120160 units feature large marking windows and two-handled fixtures for easy handling. Heavy-duty magnets prevent vibration during marking. All units can be quickly mounted to an optional column and base for benchtop marking.

This easily transportable handheld unit for DotMatrix fonts and DataMatrix coding is best suited for many areas in industrial applications. The marking unit 312 is a mobile marking device and is operated manually. Even with bigger font sizes markings of one or more lines are possible. Due to its good eco- nomical features and its easy way of operating, the device is eminently suited for usage in workshops, in quality control and in stock management. The marking unit 312 is available with hand grips as well as table and column for a flexible handling.

The model 312 is setting new standards with a weight of only 3 kg. Measuring rather small, it still offers a large marking area of 51 x 51 mm. With the help of quick changing optional workpiece support it is possible to adapt to almost any workpiece geometries.

With the compact-controller BC7 there are numerous options of data input via PC, Barcode-scanner, SPS or the integrated membrane keyboard. Here, simple compilation and selection of the marking tasks is taking place as well. Font heights and font widths are freely scalable.
