When it comes to bulk weighing during the unloading, loading and silo transfer of products, this is a unit worth considering when looking to invest. The hopper scale of type ABS-XL is appropriate for use with various applications, as well as products such as food plants, storage and port silos. It can be used in combination with the I 400 ABS instrumentation system, and will act as a discontinuous totalizer.

The hopper scale is composed of two main parts. First the feed section must be fitted under the product feed upper bin. Next, the weigh hopper is supported by four load cells, attached to a rectangular frame.

Tension levelling or ABT means bearing upon the strip of metal sheet to traction force required to transcend the stress produced by fibers and lengthening with continuous malformation of strip. This process differentiates the traditional levelling from tension levelling with the use of multiroll levellers where it is much more leveled. Depending on the required traction, traction bridles can be supplied with 2-4 rolls which will permit extreme strip traction. With respective settings, the bridle is goaded by an electric motor where a leveller is betwixt. A single set of levelling rolls would be enough for either soft or thin materials.

The electromagnetic or vacuum stackers have high-precision levellers with four, five and six heights and are computer controlled. The washing and re-oiling of systems is incorporated and edge trimming may be incorporated. They provide automated strip tail processing.

The cutting lines are completely controlled by computer and feature quality control, an automatic coil feed and diagnosis. They can be utilized for stainless steel, pre-painted steel, aluminum, exposed and non-exposed materials, carbon steel and other metals. Tailored blanks or lines specialized in cutting 05 plates can be provided as can swinging dies.

CFT Rte rotary elevator units are suitable for automations to slave manufacturing machines. These are used for handling of pallets on automated assembly lines or for changing of pallets on machine tools.

There are two seperate ways of moving these units. One way is an indexed rotation which is done using a cam triggered by a self-braking gear motor. This requires between 2 to 48 stations. Another way is using a pneumatic cylinder with a maximum stroke equal to 50 mm for lifting these units.

The RTE unit comprises of a rotary table supported by a steel plate. It also includes a cam, which is triggered by a self braking gear motor, and is managed using a FCR micro switch. A unique pneumatic cylinder is placed within the rotary table. The cylinder provides vertical movement to an aluminum plate, which is used as a base for fixing the necessary equipment.

The RTE rotary elevator unit comes in 2 main sizes, RTE 06P with a maximum capacity of 150kg and RTE 09P with a maximum capacity of 300kg.
