PROTEM presents TT-NG series tube and pipe cutting and bevelling machines. The machines provide precise cutting and/or bevelling tubes as well as pipes of all schedules in a single, simultaneous operation. The machines have been specifically developed to suit machine tubes with thick walls. They are sturdy and are suitable for installation in multiple positions.

They have a split frame configuration, which allows opening in 2 half-shells. For manual clamping, they use 4 independent adjustable jaws. The machines have a rear centering feature and fully enclosed drive gears for operators’ safety. They offer machining capacity of 60,3 mm OD – 2082,8 mm OD and clamping capacity of 2” – 82” OD.

The SE65 unit is an orbital arc welding machine developed by Protem. It is specifically designed to cater applications that include tubes, fittings, micro fittings and elbows. In addition, it can be also utilized in squaring tubes from 12.7 mm ID to 60.3 mm OD. .

The machine has a monobloc collet which enables the easy set up. The tool holder plate equipped with two tool inserts which allows to cover the machining range without having to adjust anything.

Miniplast/2 is a fine quality plastic welding machine, useful for butt welding of PP, PE and PVDF pipes. You can also use this machine for fittings with an OD ranging from 20 to 110 mm. The basic machine is delivered with a construction that contains two large aluminum clamping tools, which can swivel up to 15 degrees on each fabrication side of the segmented bends. In addition, when screwing in 4 small reduction inserts, a double clamping with a smaller diameter can be obtained.

When it comes to fittings with short legs, the manufacturer can make available a small fitting clamping tool, while the special construction of the pressure build-up device makes the machine fixed directly at pipe ends that are very short, on sheets and walls. The compact and light construction, along with the horizontal vertical motions make the machine ideal for installation works and pipeline systems.
