The Wre 24, assembled by the Marchesini Group, is a pharmaceutical washing machine that is capable of operating in constant motion for external washing and drying of ampoules and vials. It can customize the fluid feeding unit through its automated ability of unloading tray. A hot air generator is equipped in the machine that allows thermostat control. Moreover, work cycle of this machine is administered over the washing star wheel and the drying star wheel.

The Wre 24 offers an ergonomic design having an efficient operational repeatability and requires less space for its installation. It is also composed of an operator interface that is controlled through the industrial PC and touch screen monitor.

The WR24 has an integrated mechanical drive to protect the machine from fluid infiltrations. Combined with brush-less motors for the optimal control of the entire production. It comes with different unit options to better suit the specifications of any application. The WR24 has been made according to cGMP standards.

Utilizing a plunger needle system, the Marchesini Linear Washing Machine can be fed either automatically or manually through depackers. The discharge can be connected to sterilization or filling machines without the use of conveyor belts, rotary tables or other similar systems. Among other models, it is possible to handle a diverse range of bottles and ampoules with production speeds extending from 2,000 up to 30,000 units per hour. It is flexible, allowing one to easily and quickly change operators. Telescopic levers are implemented to avoid risks of overloading. This linear washing machine offers optimum flexibility in handling filling products, such as tablets, drinks, injectables and freeze-dried items. Ejectors are optional for container extraction tasks, eliminating contact with the bottle after washing. this unit is made from stainless steel and is very easy to clean.
