High-performance supply solutions depend on large-capacity pumps capable of high flow rates and material pressures. To meet this need, Eisenmann developed a new generation of low-pulsation, high-pressure pumps. This modular system comprises volume-produced pumps in three power ranges: Jupiter, Saturn and Mars. Both ball and shovel pumps are available, with volumes of 1100, 600 and 400 ccm per double stroke. In many applications, the new devices eliminate the need for booster stations. The motors available in pneumatic and hydraulic versions are relatively quiet, and their ingenious design allows pumps of different sizes to be used with a single drive.

The new product range also includes four-valve high-pressure pumps employed to increase the pressure. Four-valve equipment ensures that energy fed by the supply pump into the pipe network is used evenly on both the upward and downward stroke. This reduces pulsation, enabling operation with low charge pressure. In addition to cutting energy consumption, the uniform piston speed increases the service life of the piston rod and cylinder seals.
