The Comexi ENVIROXI Mixer is a two-component solventless adhesive mixer-dispenser for rolling mills. It is equipped with one tank for component A (Resin) and another one for component B (Catalyst). The two products are heated and mixed individually. The components are heated on a plate equipped with resistors and the process is carried out by a PLC using the temperature readings provided by the gauges positioned on the hotplates and inside the tanks. Gear pumps dispense the components in the proportions required for the desired mixture. Finally, the components are mixed at the point of application through a nozzle at the end of the heated hose.

FULLY AUTOMATIC

The equipment can carry out the following operations automatically:
Mixing: the equipment automatically dispenses the adhesive in the set proportions and at the set flow-rate.
Cleaning: the system is equipped with a cleaning program that guarantees all traces of adhesive are removed.
Refilling: the equipment is provided with an optional system that makes it possible to automatically refill the component A and B tanks.
ENERGY EFFICENCY

The temperature is controlled automatically by PLC in such a way that the component heating process is optimized up to the gauging temperature. The equipment is also provided with insulated casing that greatly reduces heat loss and thus electricity consumption.
ERGONOMICS AND MAINTENANCE

The equipment has been designed taking into account anthropometric aspects to improve its usability.
The casing provided with drop doors makes accessing the interior components both easy and practical.
