Zoppas industries manufacture high density cartridges with HPS system (High Performance Sealing), capable of resisting high temperatures. These HPS cartridges can be left inactive for a long time without any loss in ultimate performance of the application.
The insulating element is made with a specific polymer along with other stabilizing components in contrast to regular insulating resin or glass material.
The HPS technology permits to store the cartridges for a long duration preventing the accumulation of humidity within the heating element. HPS cartridges are primarily used for making of pellet stoves, coffee makers, in plastic industry, medical field and in packaging systems.
