The Pro-Meter S2k system is a dual-component shot meter dispenser for accurate material application is built for the precise regulation of dispense volumes. Equipped with an electric linear encoder, it delivers increased, cold start precision and quick reaction to velocity changes.

The M.V.P. Quick Shot provides material metering at a fraction of the cost from labor and equipments used in bucket and brush applications. The ball valve leaves no drip for exact and even flow and allows a mess-free operation. It's hassle-free to operate since flushing of gun and accumulators are eliminated. Two materials are individually pumped into a pail for easy resin making and metering catalyst. It allows fast lay up because you can mix it manually or opt for an air-driven pail mixer. With its powerful 11:1 ratio displacement fluid pump, it can deliver up to 8 lbs. per minute. It provides cost-effective solution because it yields superior gelcoat metering while minimizing maintenance. Other options available are the Floor Mount Pro Dispensing System (QS-FM-PRO-11) and Gun with a standard of 85690-1 Dispensing Block.

This provides a consistent mix/meter of materials and reduced flow rates that are generally not possible using a pneumatic drive system. This is perfect for reduced and high pressure applications with material viscosity from 20-40,000cps, for flow rates are under 1/2 gallon/minute (1.893L/min.).
