The FlowServe's Vertical Turbine Pump (VTP) serves as a solution for various applications which are in line with wet pit and deep well services. It is specifically made in compliance with the ISO 13709/API 610 (VS1). It comes with a fabricated steel or cast iron discharge head. The pump features several drivers encompassing electric motors, stream turbines and engines which are integrated with a right angle gear drives. It offers a sealing configuration system for an enclosed lineshaft framework structure. This system includes an either single or dual mechanical seal and packed box with a graphite packing.

It is ideal and suitable for fields like mining, oil and gas, primary metals, power generation and other comparable industries.

Special pumps designed and studied for the pumping high density abrasive slurries.
Vertical axis with bearings in stuffing box designed to allow the lower part of the shaft to work overhang without mountings submerged into the liquid. Bodies are in cast-iron, divided in two halves with protective lining made in our special antiwear moulded rubber (composed of interchangeable shells adjustable from outside). The impeller is anticlogging, open type composed of a steel core lined with special antiabrasive compound.

Direct coupling through elastic joint in two pieces.

This type of pump does not have the snore piece as the mud/slurry to be pumped falls into the pump body.

Vertical axis with bearings in stuffing box designed to allow the lower part of the shaft to work overhang without mountings submerged into the liquid. The bodies are in spheroidal cast-iron with supwards suction mouth as to allow the income of particularly thick muds to the impeller. The impeller is with channels in spheroidal cast-iron.
Special impeller design and low mud speed assure long life to pump wear parts.
