These air and gas filters are utilized to remove particles from air and gases which are used in vacuum applications. They protect downstream vacuum pumps from solid particles. They are available in micron ratings from .3um to 50um and designs operating to 700 degrees F are available.
They use fiberglass, polyester and organic fiber media. Effective sealing of the element to the housing is ensured by the piston seal technology. The in house vessel fabrication facility carries an ASME Code stamp and PED (97/23/EC). The housings designs range from full vacuum to 180 psig.
The air and gas filters are made from carbon and stainless steel with housings that are available with connection sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 12 inches. They are suitable for applications ranging from wood working, materials handling or semi-conductor fabrication, to food packaging.
