The Belt-Filter- Press SNp features low-wear and low-noise operation mode because of the slow running of the machine. It's also low cost for operation and maintenance. The product is continuous and it has fully automatic operation. It has big gravity thickening are for predewatering. Lastly, the sludge cake is good for further processes like drying, transport,storage and etc. because of it's crumbly, non-sticky structure. Lastly, the Belt-Filter-Press SNP is an exceedingly proficient framework for the dewatering of sludge and other suspensions. The pre-thickening process in the solids/liquids partition is trailed by a pressing with 14 rollers and an expanding weight of up to 20 bar.

The ANDRITZ heavy duty belt press has been used successfully in almost all fields of industrial dewatering for more than three decades. It has been developed continuously for special applications.
The ANDRITZ CPF is available in several designs. The number of S-rolls is combined individually with several press nips to solve the most difficult dewatering problems. Special coatings for highly abrasive and/or corrosive applications provide a long service life.

The linear screen by ANDRITZ Delkor (Pty) Ltd. is proven in the removal of tramp oversize from process feed streams and has found applications in classification at fine apertures. The acceptability of this screen, for use in gold plants using the carbon-in-pulp (CIP) process, is confirmed by the 350 units which are in operation worldwide.
A feed box, which is perforated at the bottom, is positioned above the cloth. The feed enters the feed box, from where it passes onto the cloth medium. The oversize fraction is retained on and travels on top of the revolving cloth and is discharged on the drive roller end into a discharge chute. The undersize fraction passes through the aperture of the cloth and gravitates into an underpan.
