Coolant recycling machine - SUMPDOC™
Eriez Manufacturing presents Hydroflow SumpDoc all-in-one fluid recycling system. This system is portable and different from all other products within its class. It provides full filtration and rejuvenation of metalworking liquids in a machine tool sump. At the same time, it does not interrupt production. That's because shop staff can easily place the SumpDoc unit adjacent to the machine tool sump and treat the present coolant. Thus, they can continue to run the machine tool without any disturbance. Eriez HydroFlow SumpDoc system comprises of several key features. It has a single phase control voltage of 110 V. Its centrifuge is automatic and high speed of OSD-2 Westphalia type. It has a HydroFlow tramp oil coalescer with single cube. The coalescer provides continuous flow. For removal of solids, the system has a pleated bag filter and housing. Its diaphragm pump is air operated. This pump helps in pulling of coolant from sump and pump via the system.
The SumpDoc's hosing, piping, and valves are used for pulling the coolant from the sump. Subsequently the coolant is filtered and treated with tramp oil. It then returns to the machine sump to make scrubbing turbulence. The coolant system comprises of a proportioner and a coolant concentrate tank.
