The AT2503 and AT2503A Personal Dosimeters are lightweight pocket-sized microprocessor controlled units that offer exceptional accuracy and reliability. They can be used standalone or as part of an automated monitoring system, when combined with a reader with PC connection. These units feature simultaneous personal equivalent x-ray and gamma radiation dose and dose rate monitoring (in the energy range from 50 keV to 1.5 Me), continuous self-testing of detector and cells discharge, audible and visual alarm system and pulsed x-ray radiation alarming mode (pulse duration > 10 ns). They feature a construction that is highly resistant to impact and vibration, as well as dust, water and electromegnetic interference. They are often used in nuclear industry, nuclear medicine, radiology, NDT, emergencies, civil aviation, research and population dose burden monitoring.

X-ray dosimeter / personal - 15 keV - 10 MeV | AT3509 series

Dosimeters are used for measuring continuous X-ray and gamma radiation dose rates. The Primary Dosimeter is designed for measuring Hp(10), Hp(0.07) individual dose equivalent, and the Secondary Dosimeter is for measuring Hp(10), Hp(0.07) dose rate.

It provides measurement in the 7.5-order range and comes with a sound and LED alarm. The dosimeter is connected to a PC, and software suite, and offers a TFT screen display and a self-check function. When the device is powered off, the dose accumulation history and accumulated dose data is stored in a non-volatile memory.

The reader provides data exchange of dosimeters and PC by infrared channel transforming optical signals into standard electrical ones for interface.

The reader is a metal enclosure with support and special pocket, in which the clamp is inserted until bumping in order to connect a dosimeter. The cable with socket type DB-9F is used to connect the reader to a free COM-port.
