Type 3 surge arrester / for telephone lines - 1 - 10 kA, 180 - 250 V | ATFONO series

This product offers efficient protection of ADSL and analogical telephone lines, which contain co-ordinated protection for 2 pair of lines. For this type of line, both common and differential protection is offered. It also allows the connection of 2 pairs of lines whicb have a very small size (0,75 DIN modules). It offers protection not only for telephone lines but also for the digital and analogical equipments connected to lines of modem of fax. Pluggabke modules are provided for easier substitution in cases of connection failure where disconnecting the wiring is not needed. When the module is substituted, no interruptions are suffered by the lines. There is also a radiofrequency receptor so that maintenence work can be done only with issuer equipment. The LED flickers green when the RF SPD tester is applied and the protector starts working. If in any case the cartridge is damaged then the LED does not flick. The earthing is implemented through a metallic sheet opposite to the DIN rail fixing.

The data lines surge protection offers strong protection against transient over-voltages within data lines. Each module will protect two pair of lines in a coordinated manner. Data lines and analogical or digital equipment that are connected, for example computers and PLCs, too are protected. A wide variety of protection modules are available. The data lines should have common and differential protection. The pluggable modules are easily replaceable. The lines do not have to be disconnected in order to change a faulty module. Its radio frequency receptor allows for easier maintenance. When an RF SPD tester is applied and the protector is functional, the LED flickers green. There will be no LED flickering if the cartridge is damaged. The equipment is earthed through a metallic sheet.

ATLAN SPDs are intelligently designed to prevent loss of data while it is being transferred from one device to another, within the same network. The device grants high degree of safety from transient currents to the the inputs of various electronic circuits of the network.

ATLAN 1000 BASE-T CAT6 has RJ45 input and output connectors that are crimped. Each line has a rated current tolerance level of 2kA and they can transmit data with speeds of 250MHz. The device provides superlative protection to all individual machines that are part of large data-transmitting networks like work stations, servers, graphic stations etc. The machines are connected to the 1000 BASE-T computer network having Class 6 wiring.

The system comes with Class 6 data cables having connector RJ45 of 50 cm that are crimped beforehand. The ATLAN CAT6 has been tested in a stringent way, in official independent laboratories to obtain characteristics that are in accordance with relevant standards.
