Floor duct for heavy-duty applications
This floor duct is ideal for demanding mechanical characteristics. PFLITSCH Automobile Trunking offers a solution for demanding needs. Designed for the demanding requirements of the automotive industry, it is the heavy-duty variant of the proven Industrial Trunking and is compliant with the in-house standards of many manufacturers.
Used primarily as a floor duct, it is made with an increased sheet thickness of 2 mm. It can withstand load resistances of up to 1,200 N. Increased skid resistance is given by the channelled sheet covering which is available for the floor installation. The trunking is 100 mm high as standard which means that a step dimension of 200 mm is not exceeded with 90 mm supports and channelled sheet covering. Seven widths are available, ranging from 100 mm to 600 mm.

PFLITSCH PIK Trunking is ideal for small cable volumes and even for individual cables and eradicates the disadvantages of conventional installation systems. The torsionally stiff and enclosed trunking system is formed from a galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel body and can be opened across its entire length.
The cables can be inserted easily, including assembled cables, and do not have to be laboriously pulled through which happens when routing then in pipes. The PIK offers optimal space for routing due to having ten practical cross-sections from 15 mm x 15 mm x 200 mm x 60 mm. This applies to individual lines and large volumes of cables through systems and machines. Completely enclosed trunking for all conventional routing sections with X/Y/Z co-ordinates is achieved together with the PIK accessory fittings.

The Slotted Cable Ducts are made of technopolymer materials on durable PVC base. They are designed with double break line on the trunking surface that provides convenient setup. They are made using RAL7035 as standard color. These ducts have a standard bar length of 2 m and 4/6/4 mm narrow slots. They are manufactured with punctured base in accordance to DIN 43659 standards. Other features are based on CE, RoHs, and 50852-3.
