In-line X-ray coating weight measurement system - 30 - 300 g/m² | RM 300 EH, RM 310 EH

The Thermo Scientific's RM 300 EH/RM 310 EH belongs to a series of non-tactile coating weight gauges which analyze and calibrate coil coating, as well as the metallic lines. They greatly enhance overall coating and weight management by means of deducting the lag time between the actual calibrations and the actuator. This results in scrap minimization, and rugged element economy thus providing efficiency.

Density monitoring device / concentration / online / for liquids - 0.5 - 2.0 g/cm3 | DM8

The DM8 liquid density analyzer by Yokogawa features a one-touch calibration that comes with a standard calibrating solution. It has outdoor installation for the converter and failure alarm display and output. This liquid density analyzer is highly sensible and stable.

It follows the principle of vibration density with a liquid temperature of -10 to 100℃ and an ambient temperature of 10 to 55℃.

This device can withstand pressure of up to 4.9 MPa G with a measuring liquid temperature of 2 MPa G or less. Its power supply can be 90 to 132 V AC or 180 to 264 V AC. Its case is constructed to be dust-proof and rain-proof. The converter weighs approximately 7.7 kg, while the detector weighs 12 kg.

Laboratory density meter - max. 2 kg, 0.1 mg | VMS2

The VMS2 series allows for dual use with its built-in comparator, for recording density and mass. The tool's 23 million points resolution ensures highly accurate density measurements in accordance with OIML R111 hydrostatic comparison A1 & A3. Advanced technology also reduces air bubble formation, which affects buoyancy during measurement. It also has a maximum capacity of 2 kg, and can weight materials up to 65 mm in diameter, and 124 mm in height.

The software packages included with the VMS2 are easily set-up, and come with a fully guided process of measurement for creating detailed measurement reports, including data discrepancies.

Laboratory density meter - max. 20 kg, 1 mg | VMS20

You need to know the density of the artifact in order to be able to reduce the physical influence of air buoyancy effects, mass, pressure and force metrology. The new OIML R111-1 lays down the density measurement for mass of E class weights for above 330 m and F1 class used at 800 m above sea level.

The VMS solutions uses the built in comparator for mass and density determination. It offers an easy-to-use installation with guided measurement process causing detailed reports of uncertainties.

The density is determined quickly and accurately with the help of it design and measurements methods are applied as per OIML R111 Hydrostatic comparison A1 & A3.
