The QLABPro from Horiba Scientific is a line of microwave digestions capable of giving versatility, safety, and productivity in Closed Vessel Digestions. The tool is capable of microwave transparent in-situ temperature sensing, and automatic power control to match sample load. This equipment is engineered with an integrated built-in temperature monitoring of each digestion vessels via IR sensing.

The tool is suitable for use in developing digestion methods for sensitive environmental and high organic content samples. It consists of multi-layered safety mode such as OPGuard™ and Unique QSens™ technology. The OPGuard™ is a pressure protection mechanism which safely vents over pressurised vessel. The QSens™ technology ensures complete safety against extreme pressure release by cutting off magnetron power, activating audible alarm and displaying visual warning.

It is supplied with tactile membrane switch, stand alone operation, high corrosion resistance and with PTFE-coated reinforced cavity.
