The 682T-HP Model is a total sulfur analyzer developed by AMETEK Process Instruments. It is mainly used for examination of sulfur in highly viscous hydrocarbons such as residual and crude oils. This unit is suitable for high temperature and pressure sample streams.

The system's feature includes compact design, continuous operation, and reliable detection. It is supplied with fully integrated densitometer, automated density compensation, touch-screen controls, password protected screens, and fast update rates. The framework can also withstand a maximum pressure of 800 psi. In addition, it can be used as a stand-alone analyzer or can be tied in to extensive automation systems to provide real-time strategic measurements.

The 4500 Series of Inline-Phenol-Analysator, manufactured by AMETEK Process Instruments, is specifically designed to monitor automatically of waste water streams utilization for minimal levels of phenols. This device ensures reliable system integrating the performance of the AMETEK Western Research TM 4000 Photometric Analyzer and a sampling system.

Moreover, its measurement low concentrations of phenol can be monitored by differential ultraviolet photometry. This tool is generated with UV absorption which is powerful in basic water solutions than it is in acidic phenol solutions. The difference in absorption is linearly proportional to the phenol concentration, and is particular since none other contaminants in water will reveal a change. The device can provide up to two simultaneous digital measurements. The instrument features a programming keypad with 5 keys including the CAL function key which can be used to direct access to the calibration menu. Then there is the Graph function key which gives direct access to the graphs of measure. It can measure the temperature using the PT100/PT1000 probe. It can download data on USB key. The device comes with a graphic LCD 128 x 128 with background illumination.

The instrument also comes with an Internal Data Logger (flash 4 Mbit) which may be used for graphic and table visualisation of measurement trends. It also has many other features such as 3 programmable analogical outlets (with two equal measures the 3rd output can be set as average), 4 relay outlets for intervention thresholds where 2 may be used for each measurement and 1 relay outlet for instrument anomaly alarm.
