Thanks to its high quality compensator, the optical level automatically adjusts horizontally. In advance, only rough alignment of the level by means of the spirit level is necessary, which can be easily read on the visor mirror.
Levelling staffs or levelling rods can be easily read through the telescope. The circle graduation also enables staking of angles on sites. It is best controlled by the lateral fine adjustment knob. The fine adjustment knob also makes it easier to accurately set the index mark on the target.
Through the eyepiece and the focusing screw, you'll get optimal contrast and the required image sharpness for reading measurement results flawlessly.

These glass ball inclinometer vials are produced in our factory to the highest quality at very competitive prices. We have many standard types available, and can also design and produce new types to suit customers exact requirements. The two most important factors in producing a high quality inclinometer vial are the uniformity of the bending radius, and the cleanliness of the inside of the vial. We use advanced tooling and machinery to ensure the radius is accurate and repeatable, and have a special cleaning process to ensure the vials are free from particles and dust. This is very important especially with the ball type vials where a small dust particle can interrupt the smooth movement of the ball. We also manufacture slip indicator vials for aircraft instrumentation.

As well as bent vials for levelling applications we also make inclinometer vials, and turn and slip indicators. We manufacture both ball and bubble type inclinometer vials for use in tilt measurement applications. These are usually custom made to suit specific applications. We also manufacture slip indicator vials and can design and produce any slip indicator vial to suit your exact requirements. We have an advanced production facility which enables us to produce extremely high quality vials in small or large quantities at very competitive prices.
