This is a Disc spring manufactured by Christian Bauer GmbH Co which is designed for axial preload and can balanced out any dimensional deviations. It comes with a noise dampering properties which contribute in giving a much gentle treatment to its ball bearings. Each of the unit has a slotted variation which suits to low preload. Also, in non-slotted variants is designed for high preload operation.
