Dowel pin / precision / expanding - DexLoc™
Precision Expanding Dowels/DexLoc™ Locator Pins are tough with their stainless steel bodies hardened to 50-55 Rockwell C and can be manufactured to meet specific needs. They are self-centering and repeatable to within +/- 0.0005" (0.013mm) with the top and bottom half of the dowel expanded separately. These easily align two holes concentrically and lock them into their respective positions. Both the locking screws featured are accessed from the top of the pin.
