O-ring seal - FlexiMold™
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has developed a proprietary manufacturing technology, FlexiMold™, that allows the manufacturing of large, high quality O-Rings without the leadtime and cost associated with dedicated tooling. Compared to conventional techniques such as the splicing of extruded cord, the FlexiMold™ process ensures full visual and dimensional integrity. The tolerances according to ISO 3601-1, class B apply for the inside diameters and cross sections.
