The dual shaft stabilizer Phoenix of APSOparts comes with the elastomer part made out of the CR, in black color and reinforced with the nylon cord. The base plate material is yellow chromated galvanized steel.
It is suitable for use on the work temperatures between -40 and +70 degrees Celsius.
These stabilizers have the low installation height and great lateral stability. They have two folds between the flanged base plates and the bellow walls are made out of top quality layers of elastomer. Two layers of nylon cords are inside the elastomer and they have the reinforcing function.
These bellows are applied for lowering and lifting heavy loads with large strokes. The base plates have the soldered-in-top nuts which are used for mounting and the connection for exhaust and air intake.
The bellows operate without friction and they allow slanting of the base plate up to 30%. The two varying side lengths mustn't exceed the maximum and minimum height of the bellows.
