NORD's latest compact geared motor, the NORDBLOC, was developed from the successful UNICASE model Getriebebau. It features an anti-corrosion stainless steel screw with brass guides and user-friendly controls and commands. It offers users a broad selection of motors and brake-motors with sturdy cast iron bodies and a polished driving disc for durability. The disc is composed of asbestos-free non-hygroscopic friction material for an extended life span.The housing can be opened without special tools, making it easier to configure and operate. It has a special cam system that only transmits the required torque, thereby decreasing the strain. Available options are the electric remote speed control and analog and digital speed indicators.
