Azimuth chain / nickel-plated
With a plate that is coated with nickel, the chain is most commonly used for outdoor situations and in mildly corrosive conditions. The nickel-plating treatment of all the parts before they are assembled ensures uniform coverage. This process leads to an efficient plating procedure. The chains are resistant to corrosion to ensure a long service life, although stainless steel chains are more corrosion-resistant than the product.
