Anti-skid transmission belt / polyurethane-coated
This Polyurethane timing belts are designed with a steel tension cord, housed in a polyurethane jacket with integral teeth. These tools are guaranteed to work for tight control of pitch length, for operations where accurate positioning is needed.Polyurethane is a non-crumbling, non-marking material that can resist mineral oils, greases and light acidic solutions, making it suitable for food operations. The units come in 3 pitch sizes, such as 2.5mm, 5mm, and 10mm, with a range of pilot bore pulleys.
Double sided belts and long open belts, as well as clamping plates for retaining the belts, are also available. These devices are also used for other applications, such as cigarette pressing machines and paper transferring systems. New selection of PU belts are designed to operate on standard HTD pulleys.
