The F-Type was manufactured by Suco and belongs to Suco's family of centrifugal clutches and brakes. Designed with a sleek design, the F-Type self-increasing clutches have the ability to send extremely high torques while maintaining a very small need for space. The F-Type clutches have a performance factor of ca. 2.5 and have conveniently replaceable parts caused by the accessible tension spring and removable linings. The F-Type's self increasing effect causes a wedging effect between the profile and flyweights when there is a torque put into the clutch and thus resulting to an additional force on the lining.
